Easy Weeknight Chili- Girls Gone Grillin' Style

One pot. Big flavor. On the table fast—this is your go-to busy-night chili.

Ingredients

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, green onions

Instructions

Brown ground beef in a pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Drain if needed.

Add onion and garlic; cook 2–3 minutes until softened.

Stir in SPG, Hot Hens, chili powder, and cumin—toast 30 seconds.

Add tomatoes, beans, and broth. Stir well.

Simmer 15–20 minutes (longer = thicker, better).

Taste and adjust heat with more Hot Hens if you like it.

Make It Even Easier

Use pre-diced onion

Swap beef for ground turkey

Serve with Sweet & Sticky jalapeño cornbread on the side
