These are buttery, cheesy, garlicky shrimp roll-ups that are perfect as an appetizer, party bite, or quick dinner. They bake up golden and are packed with creamy shrimp flavor. You can easily cook the shrimp on the grill or smoker first for extra flavor—perfect for your grilling style.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
½ tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion
¼ tsp paprika
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Garlic Butter Topping
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp SPG with a Kiss of Onion
Chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat grill or oven to 375°F.
Make the filling
In a bowl mix:
shrimp
cream cheese
parmesan
garlic
mayo
lemon juice
parsley
SPG seasoning
paprika
Stir until creamy.
Prepare crescent dough
Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Fill and roll
Add a spoonful of shrimp mixture to the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
Brush with garlic butter
Mix butter, garlic powder, parmesan, and seasoning. Brush over roll-ups.
Bake or grill
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Finish
Sprinkle parsley and extra parmesan on top.
