Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ½ cup freshly grated Asiago
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season Like You Mean It
Pat chicken dry and coat both sides generously with
Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion + Italian seasoning.
Sear
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove and set aside.
Build the Flavor Base
Lower heat to medium.
Add butter and garlic. Sauté 30 seconds.
Deglaze with chicken broth and scrape up those flavorful bites.
Creamy Magic
Add heavy cream and simmer.
Stir in Parmesan and Asiago until smooth and velvety.
Bring It Home
Return chicken to skillet.
Spoon sauce over the top and simmer 5 minutes until thick and rich.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
