Crab Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers (Girls Gone Grillin’ Style)

These are rich, smoky, and packed with flavor—perfect for the grill or smoker and a guaranteed crowd favorite.

Ingredients

  • 10–12 fresh jalapeños (halved, seeds removed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 6 oz lump crab meat (drained, picked through)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1–2 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ Sassy Seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8–10 slices bacon (cut in half)

Filling

In a bowl, mix:

Cream cheese

Crab meat

Cheddar + parmesan

Mayo

Citrus juice

Sassy Seafood seasoning

Garlic powder

Gently fold so the crab stays chunky.

Build the Poppers

Spoon filling into each jalapeño half

Wrap with half slice of bacon

Secure with toothpick if needed

Cook (Grill or Smoker)

Grill:

Set to medium heat (~375°F)

Cook 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally

Smoker:

250°F for 45–60 minutes

Finish hot (350–375°F) for crispy bacon
