Crab Cakes-Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Golden on the outside, tender and loaded with crab on the inside—these crab cakes are all about letting the seafood shine with just the right amount of flavor.

Ingredients

Instructions

Mix gently: In a large bowl, combine mayo, egg, Dijon, Worcestershire, lemon juice, seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Fold in crab: Gently fold in crab meat and panko—don’t overmix. You want big crab chunks.

Form cakes: Shape into 4–6 crab cakes. Chill 20–30 minutes to help them hold together.

Cook: Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat with oil or butter. Sear crab cakes 3–4 minutes per side until golden and warmed through.

Serve hot: Finish with a squeeze of lemon.

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp Dijon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp capers, minced (optional)
  • ½ tsp paprika
