1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
8–10 slices bacon
Olive oil
Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion
Optional: light sprinkle Sassy Seafood for a citrus pop
Instructions
Bundle – Wrap 3–4 asparagus spears with 1 slice of bacon.
Season – Light oil, then SPG with a Kiss of Onion.
Grill – Medium heat, direct + indirect combo.
Start indirect 10–12 minutes (cook bacon through)
Finish over direct heat to crisp bacon
Turn often so bacon cooks evenly.
Pro Tips (this is where you level it up)
Start the hens first, add asparagus in the last 15 minutes
Use a cast iron skillet or grill-safe pan for asparagus if flare-ups get wild
Brush hens with Pecan Whisper BBQ Sauce in the final minutes for a sticky, caramelized finish
