Cordon Bleu Sliders (Girls Gone Grillin’ Style)

Golden chicken, smoky ham, melty Swiss, and a creamy Dijon sauce—mini, handheld, and perfect for parties or game day.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs chicken breast or tenders, cooked & chopped
  • 1–1½ cups diced ham
  • 8–12 slices Swiss cheese (or shredded Swiss)
  • 12 slider buns (brioche or Hawaiian)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional crunch: panko breadcrumbs, lightly toasted

Creamy Dijon Sauce

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

How to Make

Mix the filling

Combine chopped chicken and ham. Toss with half the Dijon sauce.

Build sliders

Split buns. Add chicken-ham mixture, top with Swiss.

Bake

Cover loosely and bake at 375°F for 12–15 min until cheese melts.

Finish

Stir butter with Dijon + garlic powder. Brush tops. Bake uncovered 3–5 min until golden.

Serve

Drizzle remaining sauce or serve on the side. Add toasted panko if you want extra crunch.

Swap Swiss for Gruyère for a richer melt.
