Golden chicken, smoky ham, melty Swiss, and a creamy Dijon sauce—mini, handheld, and perfect for parties or game day.
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs chicken breast or tenders, cooked & chopped
- 1–1½ cups diced ham
- 8–12 slices Swiss cheese (or shredded Swiss)
- 12 slider buns (brioche or Hawaiian)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Optional crunch: panko breadcrumbs, lightly toasted
Creamy Dijon Sauce
- ½ cup mayo
- 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & black pepper to taste
How to Make
Mix the filling
Combine chopped chicken and ham. Toss with half the Dijon sauce.
Build sliders
Split buns. Add chicken-ham mixture, top with Swiss.
Bake
Cover loosely and bake at 375°F for 12–15 min until cheese melts.
Finish
Stir butter with Dijon + garlic powder. Brush tops. Bake uncovered 3–5 min until golden.
Serve
Drizzle remaining sauce or serve on the side. Add toasted panko if you want extra crunch.
