Chopped BLT Sliders (Girls Gone Grillin’ Style)

Crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, and fresh lettuce—chopped together and piled high on buttery slider buns. Perfect for parties, game day, or an easy weeknight bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 1½ cups cherry or Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1½ cups iceberg or romaine, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mayo (or garlic aioli)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns (brioche or Hawaiian)
  • Butter for toasting buns

Optional add-ins: shredded cheddar, avocado, a pinch of smoked paprika

How to Make

Crisp the bacon

Cook chopped bacon in a skillet (cast iron is great) until golden and crispy. Drain excess grease.

Chop & mix

Add tomatoes and lettuce to the skillet with the bacon. Toss just until warmed (don’t wilt the lettuce).

Creamy finish

Stir in mayo and lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper (and smoked paprika if using).

Toast buns

Butter slider buns and toast until lightly golden.

Assemble

Spoon the chopped BLT mixture onto buns. Add cheese or avocado if you like. Serve hot!

Pro Tips

Keep lettuce crisp: add it last and toss quickly.

Extra crunch: sprinkle with crushed kettle chips before serving.

Make it spicy: a drizzle of hot honey or a pinch of chili flakes
