Chipotle Chicken Tacos — Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Smoky, spicy, juicy, and absolutely taco-night GOLD. These are bold but balanced—perfect for grilling or cast iron.

Chipotle Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

Optional: pinch cumin or chili powder

For Serving

Warm tortillas (corn or flour)

Cilantro

Diced red onion

Avocado or guac

Lime wedges

Optional sauce: chipotle crema or cowboy butter drizzle 

Marinate

Whisk olive oil, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic, Hot Hens, SPG, and paprika.

Toss chicken to coat.

Marinate 30 minutes–4 hours (even 30 mins packs flavor).

Cook It

Grill Method (Best Flavor):

Preheat grill to medium-high (400–450°F)

Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until charred and cooked through (165°F)

Rest 5 minutes, then slice or chop

Cast Iron Method:

Heat skillet until hot

Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side

Let rest, then slice

Build the Tacos

Load chicken into warm tortillas

Finish with cilantro, onion, avocado, and fresh lime

Sprinkle a tiny extra pinch of SPG right before serving for that final kiss

Hot Hens brings the heat—adjust down if you want milder tacos
