Chicken Fajitas — Girls Gone Grillin’ Style 

Bold, juicy, and packed with flavor using Hot Hens and SPG with a Kiss of Onion. These sizzle hard and disappear fast.

Ingredients

  • Chicken & Marinade
  • 1½–2 lb chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ Hot Hens 
  • 1 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. with a Kiss of Onion 
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Optional: pinch cumin or chili powder

Veggies

  • 2 bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp GGG S.P.G.
  • For Serving
  • Warm tortillas
  • Cilantro & lime wedges
  • Sour cream, pico, guac
  • Optional drizzle: cowboy butter 

Marinate

Toss chicken with marinade ingredients.

Marinate 20–60 minutes (Hot Hens brings the heat fast).

Cook It

Cast Iron (best sizzle):

Heat skillet until hot.

Sear chicken 4–5 minutes until cooked through. Remove.

Sauté peppers & onions until charred-tender.

Add chicken back, toss, squeeze fresh lime.

Grill option:

Grill chicken over medium-high, then slice.

Grill veggies in a basket or foil packet.

Toss together to finish.

Serve

Load into warm tortillas, finish with cilantro, lime, and a light sprinkle of GGG S.P.G. for that final kiss
