Boozy Shamrock Shake

Ingredients

• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
• ¾ cup milk
• 1–2 oz Irish cream liqueur (like Baileys)
• 1 oz vanilla vodka or Irish whiskey
• ¼ tsp mint extract
• 3–4 drops green food coloring
• Whipped cream
• Green sugar or sprinkles
• Maraschino cherry

Instructions

Add ice cream, milk, Irish cream, vodka (or whiskey), mint extract, and green food coloring to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a chilled glass.

Top with whipped cream, green sugar sprinkles, and a cherry.

Serve immediately with a straw.

Optional Fun Rim

Dip the rim of the glass in simple syrup and coat with green sugar.
