Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Crispy, savory, and perfectly tangy—these roasted Brussels sprouts are loaded with bacon and finished with a balsamic glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
1½–2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
6 slices bacon, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Girls Gone Grillin ' Sweet and Sticky for extra sweetness
SPG to taste
Optional finish: grated Parmesan or balsamic glaze drizzle
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add bacon and mix well.
Roast on a sheet pan (cut-side down for max crisp) for 30–35 minutes, stirring once, until golden and crispy.
Finish with Parmesan or an extra drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve hot!
