Baked Caesar Chicken with Parmesan Crust 

Girls Gone Grillin’ Style — juicy inside, crispy-cheesy outside, zero fuss.

Ingredients

  • 2–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (creamy)
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan (fresh is best)
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil spray or drizzle
  • Optional finish: chopped parsley or extra Parmesan

Prep

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment.

Pat chicken dry and season both sides with SPG.

Crust & Bake

Place chicken in baking dish.

Spoon Caesar dressing over each piece, spreading evenly.

In a bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Press mixture generously onto the top of each chicken breast.

Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil (this helps crisp).

Bake 22–28 minutes, until chicken hits 165°F and topping is golden.

Optional Extra-Crispy Finish

Broil 1–2 minutes at the end—watch closely 

Serve With

Roasted broccoli or asparagus

Caesar salad (obviously )

Garlic mashed potatoes or buttered noodles
